Honesty first. Every platform below has a clear status so you always know what actually works on Clearlla and what's still on the way.
Extraction, metadata, queue, and error handling are all tested against representative public URLs.
Works for a subset of content on this platform. See the platform page for the exact scope.
On the roadmap. No working extractor yet, so the downloader is intentionally disabled until it earns Verified Support.

These platforms are being scoped or built. They aren't accepting links yet, and won't until they pass the release checklist below.
Twitch VODs
Clips already ship. VODs need Twitch's private playback token flow, which we won't ship half-working.
Live streams
Generic HLS/DASH recorder is being scoped as a shared primitive.

We looked at each of these and decided against building it for now. Every one needs a logged-in session, a paid third-party provider, or a legal review that we aren't willing to hand-wave. If that changes, they move up.
X (Twitter)
API access model is shifting again. Waiting on a stable resolver path before shipping.
Reliable public extraction requires session handling we haven't validated end-to-end.
Only public videos will be in scope. Login-walled content stays out of scope.
Threads
Public post surface still stabilising upstream.
YouTube video & audio
Thumbnails already ship on the YouTube page. Video and audio streams are only reachable by working around YouTube's player protections, which we won't do, so this stays parked until an authorised media path exists.
Public post URLs return an auth wall to anyone not signed in, so there is no anonymous read path to build on.
Snapchat
Only public Spotlight content is on the roadmap.
SoundCloud
Only publicly downloadable tracks per artist permissions.
BiliBili
Regional playback restrictions need dedicated handling.
VK
Resolver scoped to public wall posts.
Rumble
Every page fetch is met with a bot challenge, and the player config id only exists inside that page. Nothing anonymous gets through.
Kick
Clips and VODs are published as segmented HLS with no single-file rendition. Shipping this means stitching video server-side, which we won't do half-heartedly.
Loom
The download URL comes from an undocumented private endpoint, and most share links are workspace or password restricted. Too unstable to promise.
Patreon
Strictly public posts. Members-only content is off limits.
